What is Daily Dose Wellness Club?
Daily Dose Wellness Club is a social wellness club at 1939 W Gray Street Suite 100 in Houston, Texas. Most of what it offers is wellness: infrared saunas, cold plunges, red light and contrast therapy, yoga, mat pilates, classes, day passes and memberships. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a rating of 5 from 191 reviews. Its medical services are vitamin infusions and injections, NAD+ therapy, peptide consultations and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It does not list weight loss or hormone therapy among its services.
It does not name the licensed provider who prescribes. In its own words: "Your licensed healthcare provider will review your health history, discuss your questions, and determine whether a service is appropriate for you." Telehealth consultations are offered, but you must be physically in Texas during them, and prescriptions go only to eligible Texas residents. It is open Monday through Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 3pm. The phone number is 713-510-3421.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices, a consultation fee or membership rates. It does not say whether a price includes medication, or whether insurance is accepted. Walk-ins are welcome, and memberships give access to discounts on services and group classes. Its terms say that subscriptions renew automatically for additional periods at the fees given when you subscribe, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Get every number in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who the licensed provider is and whether that person will write any prescription. Ask whether a consultation fee is charged, and whether it counts toward treatment if no prescription follows, since a consultation does not guarantee one. Ask whether the price includes the medication. For any peptide or other drug, ask whether it is FDA-approved or compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and they may be considered for an individual patient where the law permits. Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost, and whether insurance is accepted. If you live outside Texas, ask before paying anything, because prescriptions are offered only to Texas residents. Finally, ask how to cancel before a renewal date.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Texas, want a wellness club with some medical services, and are willing to get prices and the prescriber's name by phone before you book. If you need published prices or a named prescriber before you call, it is not the right fit yet. Outside Texas, it does not suit you for prescriptions.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
