What is bioworX?
bioworX is a wellness and recovery center at 857 Cibolo Valley Drive, Suite 264, Cibolo, TX 78108. Most of what it offers is treatment sessions: IV drips and vitamin injections, NAD+, ozone, exosome and peptide therapy, plus cryotherapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy and compression. The brand also sells franchises, and its trademark belongs to Cryofit Americas Inc. The office is open 10:00 to 7:00 Monday through Friday and 9:00 to 5:00 on Saturday, and it is closed Sunday. Google lists the location as a wellness center with a 4.9 rating from 58 reviews.
The peptide menu names BPC/157, TB500 and GHK-Cu. bioworX describes its peptides as compounded and sourced from FDA-registered pharmacies. Its peptide menu also lists hormone balance among the benefits it describes, but it does not offer hormone therapy or a weight loss medication program as a service. No prescriber is named. bioworX mentions licensed medical staff and a consultation before peptide care, but it does not say who writes the prescriptions.
This listing is for its Austin office at 1406 Camp Craft Rd #112.
What does it cost?
bioworX does not publish prices. There is no per-visit fee, package price or monthly program cost, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. Its one offer on cost is a complimentary consultation. In its own words: "Not sure where to start? Book a complimentary consultation and our team will recommend the right treatment based on your goals." It does not say whether it accepts insurance, takes HSA or financing, or what its membership and cancellation terms are.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who prescribes. Ask who writes the peptide prescription, whether that person reviews each peptide order before it is filled, and whether they see you before your first injection. Ask whether the peptides are compounded, which pharmacy fills them, and whether the price includes the medication.
In its own words: "Every IV drip, ozone session, and advanced therapy is administered or supervised by trained professionals." Ask who that is for the treatment you choose, and whether that person can prescribe. Also ask what a first visit costs, since IV, ozone, NAD+, peptide and exosome treatments require a brief consultation first. Ask about follow-up visits and lab work, whether telehealth is offered, whether insurance is accepted, and how cancellation works. Because the trademark belongs to Cryofit Americas Inc., ask who operates this Cibolo location and who is responsible for its medical care.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Cibolo or one of the towns it names, such as Schertz, Universal City or New Braunfels, you want wellness and recovery sessions you pay for yourself, and you will get written answers on who prescribes peptides before you pay anything. It is a weaker fit if you need a named prescriber, published prices or insurance billing before you call.
