The first step is a free telemed consultation, which can be a 15 minute call with its nurse. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. It names financing through Cherry and CareCredit, and the financing provider makes the approval decision. It does not state cancellation terms for its memberships.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the NAD+ injections, because it does not state whether a prescriber is involved in them. Ask which peptide goes into the vitamin and peptide IM injections, since it does not name it. Ask what those injections cost and whether a prescriber reviews you before each one.
Ask whether HSA or FSA cards are accepted, given that financing is the only payment option it names. Ask whether the $5 processing fee repeats every month, which funds carry over (Tox Club 1.0 and 2.0 funds are bankable, and Tox Club 3.0 is not), and how cancellation works if a payment is missed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic injectables, skin and laser treatments, or vitamin and NAD+ injections at a Brighton medical spa, and you are ready to pay cash or use financing. It is not a fit if you are looking for medical weight loss or hormone therapy, because it offers neither.
