What is ECW?
ECW, which also calls itself East Coast Wellness, is a nurse-founded studio at 949 Main Street in Walpole, MA, on the South Shore. Its main business is IV therapy, with vitamin injections, infrared sauna sessions and a concierge IV service that comes to your location. It also offers NAD⁺ Therapy and Peptide Therapy, and its founder's description adds hormone-informed care to that list.
Bailey, RN, founded the studio and is the only person it names. It names no physician. It states that every treatment is designed and administered by a licensed nurse. In its own words: "Every drip, injection, and session is delivered by a nurse and adjusted to your goals."
It is open Monday 9am to 7pm, Tuesday through Friday 6am to 8pm, Saturday 7am to 3pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm. Its phone number is 508-850-6293. Its Google rating is 5 from 24 reviews, and Google lists it as a wellness center.
What does it cost?
The packages have set prices. East Coast Essentials is $160 and includes one IV drip, one vitamin injection and one infrared sauna session. The Wellness Era is $320 for two of each. The Remedy Package is $249 and includes a Remedy Drip, an infrared sauna session and a Tri-Immune shot. Concierge IV Drip Services adds a travel fee of $25 to $50 plus the IV or IM you choose. A first infrared sauna and a first Therabody leg compression are each 50% off for new clients. A newsletter signup offers 10% off a first service.
It does not publish prices for peptide therapy, NAD⁺ Therapy, single IV drips or vitamin injections. It does not publish a consultation fee or cancellation terms. It does not say whether any price includes medication, and it does not say whether it bills insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Who prescribes the peptide and NAD⁺ protocols, and is a physician involved? Bailey, RN, is the only named person. Which peptides are used, and does the price include the medication itself? What does a peptide or NAD⁺ consultation cost? The first-visit information mentions a quick telehealth check-in with "our providers." Who are those providers, and does a physician see you? Does it bill insurance? What is the cancellation policy for a package or a concierge visit? Ask for these answers before you book, not at the front desk.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want IV therapy, vitamin injections or sauna sessions at a calm studio on the South Shore, and you are comfortable with a nurse-run practice. If you are considering peptide or NAD⁺ care, get the prescriber, price and medication answers in writing before you book.
