What is Vitaflow Wellness?
Vitaflow Wellness is an IV drip lounge and med spa at 408 Uluniu St in Kailua, Hawaii. Most of what it offers is IV drips and esthetic treatments, with functional lab testing and supplements alongside. It works by appointment only. The founder, Leigh Loganbill, RN, BSN, describes 25 years of nursing in emergency rooms and intensive care units. The medical director, Katherine Filbeck, DrPH, MSN, BSN, APRN-Rx, NP-C, is the one person listed as a prescriber.
The clinic lists NAD+, glutathione, B12, biotin and Toradol among its IV drips and shots. Its esthetic work includes Xeomin, Botox, microneedling and PRP. Its lab testing covers hormone panels, gut health and methylation. Peptide therapy is named only in its closing notes, and weight loss and hormone therapy are not listed as services. It has a 5 star rating on Google from 55 reviews. In its own words: "Treatments at Vitaflow Wellness are administered by experienced, licensed nurses under medical oversight."
What does it cost?
It does not publish a consultation fee, and it does not say whether it takes insurance. It offers Cherry installment payment plans. IV drips run from $170 for Hydraflow, a one hour rehydration drip, to $650 for NAD+ Enhanced, which takes 2 to 3 hours. NAD+ Essential is $395 and Vitaflow Fusion is $330. B12, Biotin and Toradol shots are $40 each, and the NAD+ Shot is $100. The Monthly Drip Membership is $355 a month with a 6 month commitment. The Year of Skin Membership is $2995, or as low as $250 a month with Cherry financing. It does not publish prices for esthetic treatments, lab testing, peptide therapy or hormone care, and it does not say whether medication is included in its memberships. It asks for 24 hours notice to cancel. Later cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the service, and same day cancellations are charged the full appointment cost.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for each IV and injectable, and whether a clinician sees you before your first visit. It says some services need a health assessment and medical clearance. Ask what the peptide therapy involves, who prescribes it and what it costs. Ask whether the NAD+ and glutathione are brand-name or compounded. Ask whether the $355 membership covers the drips, the supplements or both, and what the lab panel and follow-up visits cost. Ask how to end a membership before the six months are up and whether any part of it is refunded. Ask whether telehealth is offered and whether HSA or FSA cards can be used, since neither is mentioned.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person IV drips, esthetic injections or lab-guided supplement work in Kailua, and you are ready to pay cash or through a Cherry plan. It is probably not the right fit if you need peptide, hormone or weight loss care with published prices, since the clinic does not list those as core services and does not publish prices for them.
