What is BodyRx Hawaii?
BodyRx Hawaii is a body sculpting and aesthetic clinic at Keaunui Dr in Ewa Beach, HI 96706, inside the Laulani Village Shopping Center. Its services are CoolSculpting Fat Reduction, Emsculpt Neo Body Contouring, Emsella Pelvic Floor Therapy, Vitamin Shots & Drips, Longevity & Peptides, Jeuveau & Botox, and Exion Treatments. The Longevity & Peptides line offers NAD+, glutathione, and peptide injections, including BPC-157 with TB-500 (sold as the Wolverine Blend) and GHK-Cu.
The clinic does not name the physician, nurse practitioner, or other clinician who prescribes these injections, though it describes them as medical-grade. Listed hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday and 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturday. It does not say whether it offers telehealth. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 75 reviews.
What does it cost?
The Vita Vitality Membership starts at $89 per month and includes 2 vitamin injections of your choice each month. Members get 15% off additional vitamin injections, and unused injections can roll over for one month. A 6-month minimum commitment locks in the $89 rate. In its own words: "Memberships are automatically billed each month to the credit card kept on file." A $15 upgrade is listed for NAD+ and for the larger glutathione shot, but the clinic does not say whether that upgrade is charged monthly.
The clinic does not publish prices for its peptide or longevity injections, and it does not say whether any price includes the medication. Consultations are complimentary. It offers financing, including 0% APR plans, but does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does not explain how a membership is canceled.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who writes the prescription for the NAD+, glutathione, and peptide injections, and whether that clinician examines you before your first injection. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and who supplies it. Ask whether the $89 membership covers the medication or only the appointment, and what a single NAD+, glutathione, or peptide injection costs on its own.
Then the rest of the bill. What do follow-up visits and lab work cost? How often are peptide injections given, and who sets that schedule? How do you cancel a membership, and is there a fee? Does the financing cover the injections, and does the clinic take insurance? Get the answers in writing before you give a card number.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want body contouring or aesthetic injectables, are interested in vitamin, NAD+, or peptide injections, and are comfortable paying out of pocket once you have the prescriber's name and the prices in writing. If you need insurance billing or telehealth, call before booking, since the clinic does not describe either.
