Vitalabs Wellness LLC operates Vitalabs, a wellness center at 501 Interstate Ct, Suite 100, in Sarasota, FL. Emily Hurd, RN, founded the practice and is listed as the provider for every service. What does it cost?

Ask what follow-up visits and repeat lab work cost, and whether it bills insurance for any service. Ask for membership prices and cancellation terms in writing. Finally, ask for office hours, since none are published.
