What is ELMNT Wellness?
ELMNT Wellness is a wellness studio at 1638 Corsair Lane Suite 305 in Middleburg, Florida. It is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Its main business is spa-style sessions: colon hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, lymphatic drainage, halotherapy, compression, red light, a bentonite clay foot soak, and a nervous system session. It also lists IV therapy, NAD+, and peptides. It has a Google rating of 5 from 83 reviews.
Peptides are the one service that runs under medical oversight. In its own words: "Provided under medical oversight, peptide therapy may be considered as part of a personalized wellness plan based on your health history, goals, and provider evaluation." The studio does not name the clinician who prescribes.
What does it cost?
Sessions are sold one at a time or in packs. A first colon hydrotherapy session is $125 for 90 minutes, including a consultation. Manual lymphatic drainage is $75 for 30 minutes, infrared sauna is $30 for 30 minutes, and halotherapy is $35 for 20 minutes. Memberships are $169 on a 3-month contract (Essential) and $269 on a 6-month contract (Elevated). Cancellation takes 30 days' written notice with no cancellation fees, and unused sessions do not roll over. Payment plans run through Cherry for eligible services.
It does not publish prices for peptides, IV therapy, NAD+, or a peptide consultation. It does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the peptide prescription and what license they hold. Ask whether the peptides are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them. Ask whether a peptide price covers the medication or only the visit, and what labs and follow-up visits cost. Ask whether the membership fee is charged each month, and which session count applies to Essential, since it is listed as 8 sessions a month in one place and 6 in another. Ask how the written cancellation notice is sent and confirmed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want spa-style sessions in Middleburg or nearby Orange Park, Fleming Island, Oakleaf, Green Cove Springs, or Jacksonville, and you are comfortable paying cash. It is a weaker fit if you need a named prescriber before you start, or if you came for medical weight loss or hormone therapy, which it does not list. Its fasting and menopause services are described as coaching.
