What is Evolve Longevity?
Evolve Longevity is a longevity and recovery clinic at 555 Washington Avenue, Suite 260, in Miami Beach's SoFi District. It describes itself as physician led and built mainly for athletes and active people. Most of what it offers is recovery and testing: hyperbaric oxygen, PEMF, shockwave, red light therapy, lymphatic drainage, EBOO therapy, IV therapy, DEXA scans and VO2 max testing. It also offers regenerative medicine with stem cells and exosomes. In its own words: "Physician supervised protocols designed to optimize your healthspan and performance."
Peptide therapy is one of its services. It lists injectable, sublingual and nasal peptides, including BPC-157, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, thymosin beta-4, MOTS-C, PT-141, epitalon, semax and selank. It doesn't name the physicians who prescribe them. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 7PM, and Sunday by appointment.
What does it cost?
The first physician consultation is free. Its VIP memberships cost $6,000, $10,000 or $25,000 a year. They mainly bundle monthly recovery sessions (hyperbaric chamber, PEMF, shockwave, IV therapy, lymphatic drainage and red light) with DEXA and VO2 max testing, a physician consult (quarterly on the first two tiers, monthly on the top one) and 10%, 15% or 20% off other services. Memberships can be frozen. It doesn't publish prices for peptide therapy, and it doesn't say whether it takes insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which physician will see you, what their credentials are and who writes peptide prescriptions. Ask what each peptide costs per month, whether it's compounded and which pharmacy supplies it, and what lab work comes before and during a protocol. If you're weighing a membership, ask whether peptides are included or discounted, and how cancellation works on an annual plan.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you're near Miami Beach and want recovery treatments like hyperbaric oxygen and shockwave in the same place as peptide therapy planned with a physician, and you're comfortable with an annual membership or paying per service.
