What is BMS Wellness MD?
BMS Wellness MD is a longevity clinic at 505 Chapman Court in Santa Clara, California. It describes itself as a concierge longevity, recovery and performance center. Its medical services include weight management, hormone optimization, peptide therapy and longevity programs, along with IV drips, injections and body contouring. In its own words: "Every protocol begins with medical evaluation, not a product list."
Dr. Anjali Dhar, MD, is the physician named as prescriber. Weight management uses GLP-1 medications listed as GLP1-S and GLP1-T. Recovery memberships, such as sauna and cold plunge, are sold through BMS Wellness CA, the recovery side of the same brand. The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7am to 8pm, Wednesday by appointment, Saturday 8am to 3pm and Sunday 9am to 12pm.
What does it cost?
Prices depend on the pathway you choose. Initial consultations are listed at $99 for Metabolic Kickstart, $199 for a general medical consultation, $299 for Advanced Fat Loss and $399 for Total Body Optimize. GLP1-S is listed at $399 and GLP1-T at $499, with a prescription and physician approval required for both. It does not say whether the medication is included in those prices.
Enclomiphene citrate is $150 or $200 depending on strength. Total Body Optimization is $999, the Fountain of Youth metabolic reset is $4,500, and the methylene blue drip and NAD IV kit are each $600. It does not publish prices for hormone optimization, peptide therapy or Emsculpt NEO. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. It offers financing, and CareCredit is listed among its payment options. Memberships from $299 a month are sold through BMS Wellness CA, not at this clinic.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the prescription, and whether you will see that physician in person. Ask whether the $399 and $499 GLP-1 prices include the medication. Ask what GLP1-S and GLP1-T are by their full drug names, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded.
Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost, since hormone and peptide care both require lab work and those charges are not shown. Ask which consultation fee applies to you, and whether it is credited back if a prescription is not approved. Ask whether any visits can be done by video, because the clinic lists a telemedicine form but does not say whether appointments can be remote. Finally, ask how cancellation works, and read the refund policy linked in the footer of its website before you pay.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician-led longevity care in Santa Clara, already know which service you need, and will get the medication price and consultation fee in writing before you book. If you want one fixed monthly price for everything, ask first, because most of its prices are per service and several are not published.
