About Alaga Health

What is Alaga Health?

Alaga Health is a primary care practice at 360 Kingstown Road, Suite 200, in Narragansett, Rhode Island. You can reach it at (401) 799-5959. It describes its focus as longevity and vitality medicine and runs on a membership model. Its two prescribers are Dr. Michael Gonzalez, Family Physician, who practices direct primary care, and Dr. Dariusz Kostrzewa, Family Physician, who has practiced in Narragansett for 21 years and returned to independent practice with the clinic as of November 2025.

The clinic lists longevity medicine, personal health records, tailored treatment plans, health coaching, telemedicine, patient education and preventive care. Its longevity assessment covers family history, diet, physical fitness, sleep quality, emotional and social well-being, body composition, strength and oxygen capacity. Dr. Kostrzewa's bio also mentions nutrition counseling, fitness guidance, herbal therapies and, within legal parameters, psychedelic treatment support. No weight loss, hormone or peptide program is named. In its own words: "Your care is personal. We design treatment plans around your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle."

What does it cost?

Membership for an adult is listed as low as $200 a month, for ages 18 to 65 and older. The family plan is $200 per enrolled parent. Each enrolled parent covers one child ages 16 to 26 at no added charge, and each child after the first two is $50 a month. The membership is listed as including unlimited doctor visits, direct access to your physician, same-day or next-day appointments, and longer visits.

The clinic does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone, peptide or longevity services, and it names no consultation fee. It does not say whether the membership covers medication, whether it accepts insurance, or what cancellation involves. No hours are listed.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the membership fee covers medication and lab work, or whether those are billed separately, and what they cost. Ask whether the clinic accepts insurance, and whether Medicare is among the plans it takes, since its pages speak to seniors on Medicare. Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a minimum commitment. Ask for the clinic's hours before you plan a visit.

If you are considering a hormone or peptide treatment, ask which medications the clinic prescribes, whether they are brand-name or compounded, and who signs the prescription. Ask which of the two physicians you would see, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a family physician who works from a fixed monthly membership, with unlimited visits and direct access, and you are comfortable asking about medication and lab costs before you sign up. If your goal is a weight loss, hormone or peptide program with published prices, the clinic does not currently show one, so call before you commit.
