About Evergreen Factor

What is Evergreen Factor?

Evergreen Factor is a wellness clinic at 16555 Boones Ferry Road, Suite 200, in Lake Oswego, Oregon, about 1.3 miles off I-5. Visits take place on the second floor, reached through the rear entrance. Its main business is IV therapy, with NAD Plus, Niagen, iron and methylene blue on the menu. It also offers EBOO, cryotherapy, red light, PEMF, shockwave therapy and LUMOMED laser sessions for tinnitus, hearing and balance concerns. The medications named are methylene blue and Niagen.

Medical care runs through Dr. Tomas Gigena, M.D., who holds the roles of founder, medical director and primary care physician. He is the prescriber for the longevity consultations. It does not offer weight loss, hormone or peptide care. In its own words: "Dr. Tomas brings nearly 30 years of integrative-medicine experience." Zoom appointments are available. The business has a 5 rating from 59 Google reviews.

What does it cost?

Consultations with Dr. Gigena are $350 for 30 minutes or $500 for 60 minutes, billed per visit. It does not say whether medication is included in that fee.

Memberships are billed monthly. The Longevity DPC is $90 a month and lists primary care, blood work and a 3D body scan. The IV memberships are $209 a month (Evergreen IV) and $299 a month (NAD+ Longevity). Evergreen Ultra is $349 a month, the SuperHuman tiers run from $199 to $549 a month, and Evergreen Elite is $799 a month. A 30 Day Trial Access is $169. Memberships carry a 6-month commitment, and recurring dues can be cancelled with 30 day written notice. Several offer a pay-full-year option, but no discount amount is published. It accepts payment through an HSA plan once the account card is on file and approved. It does not mention insurance. It does not publish a per-session price for the IVs or the other therapies.

What should you ask before you book?

Dr. Gigena is not accepting new patients right now, though a waitlist and one-on-one consultations are available. Ask when a visit with him could realistically happen. The Client Care Team can be reached at 1-844-433-2286.

Ask whether the $350 or $500 consultation includes any medication he prescribes, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of it. Ask what the $90 Longevity DPC covers and what the medical side costs beyond it.

Ask who signs the prescriptions for the IV, LUMOMED and methylene blue treatments, and who performs the medical screening that the NAD and Niagen services require. Ask whether methylene blue and Niagen are brand-name or compounded. Ask the price of a single IV session, since none is published.

Ask whether any service can be billed to insurance, and how the 6-month commitment works if you leave early. Get the 30 day written notice terms in writing before you pay. Ask whether Zoom visits are available in your state.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want in-person IV, red light, cryotherapy or LUMOMED sessions in Lake Oswego and are ready to pay cash for them. It is a poor fit if you are looking for weight loss, hormone or peptide care, or if you need a physician soon while Dr. Gigena is not taking new patients.
