What is Odom Health & Wellness?
Odom Health & Wellness is a clinic at 6545 Flying Cloud Drive #201 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Its main work is physical therapy, sports medicine and regenerative medicine injections. Its longevity offering is called Renew, which is described as proactive primary care focused on prevention. The clinic also offers Bone Health (ONERO Program), massage, fitness and training, and nutrition. It does not offer weight loss, hormone therapy or peptide therapy.
Two people are named as prescribers: John Odom, MD, MPH, the founder, and Nathaniel Van Loon, PA-C, a physician assistant. The other staff listed are physical therapists, a massage therapist, a personal trainer and office staff, and none of them are named as prescribers. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed on weekends. Google lists it as a wellness center with a 4.8 rating from 96 reviews. It does not say how long it has been open.
The Renew longevity program also includes VO2 max testing, a movement assessment called Atlas, the Galleri blood test and continuous glucose monitors. In its own words: "Partner with us for lifelong wellness."
What does it cost?
Renew is priced at $2400 a year as one program total. The clinic does not say whether lab tests or medications are included in that price. The program starts with a free consultation to book, then includes a blood panel screening 65+ biomarkers, two continuous glucose monitors, a VO2 max test, a movement assessment, a longevity action plan, a nutrition session, a personal training session, and four 30-minute follow-up appointments, virtual or in person.
Add-ons such as a DEXA scan, an oral glucose tolerance test, the Galleri test and extra nutrition visits cost extra. The clinic does not publish add-on prices or medication prices.
The clinic accepts most major insurance companies. Office visits with Dr. Odom or the PA-C, and physical therapy, can be billed to insurance. Regenerative medicine, massage and fitness cannot. Out-of-pocket options are offered for all services. The clinic does not say whether Renew can be billed to insurance, and it does not publish cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes any prescription and who manages your Renew plan from start to finish, since no single provider is named for the program. Ask whether the $2400 covers the blood work, the glucose monitors and any medication. If medication is included, ask whether it is brand-name or compounded and what it costs each month. Ask what each add-on costs before you agree to anything, and what follow-up lab work costs after the first year.
Then ask how the yearly fee is paid, whether it renews on its own, and how you cancel partway through. Ask whether any part of Renew can be billed to your insurance, since the clinic does not say.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already want physical therapy, sports medicine or regenerative medicine from one team, and you want a yearly prevention program with regular check-ins added on top. It is a weaker fit if you are looking for weight loss, hormone therapy or peptide therapy, or if you need every cost in writing before you book.
