What is Revive Longevity Center?
Revive Longevity Center is a cash-pay practice at 3174 Custer Drive in Lexington, Kentucky 40517. The phone number is (859) 838-4334. It describes itself as "Physician-Directed Recovery, Performance, & Longevity Care," but most of what it offers is body testing and recovery sessions. The testing includes a DEXA body composition scan, resting metabolic rate and VO2 max tests, and movement and strength screens. The recovery menu includes traditional and infrared saunas, a cold plunge, red light therapy and a combined contrast session. It has a Google rating of 5 from 6 reviews.
Dr. Kelly Waespe, MD, is the founder and owner, and she is the only person listed as a prescriber. She reports over 10 years of clinical and private practice experience in cardiovascular medicine and practices as a cardiologist with Baptist Health Lexington and Baptist Medical Group. Monica Scott Brumbelow is the office manager and is not a prescriber.
The clinic does not offer GLP-1 weight loss medication, hormone therapy or peptide therapy. It does host a seminar called "Your GLP-1 Weight Loss Toolkit" on November 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM, with a $25 registration fee.
What does it cost?
Memberships are the main recurring cost. The Recovery Membership is $99 a month, the Performance Membership is $169 a month, and the Ultimate Longevity Membership is $219 a month. Each is a Grand Opening Special, with regular prices of $129, $199 and $249 a month. The Recovery plan includes 8 recovery sessions a month. The Performance plan adds 12 sessions and bi-monthly performance evaluations. The Ultimate plan adds 20 sessions, personalized recovery protocols and a quarterly physician-led longevity assessment. The founding rate applies only to the first 25 members who enroll by October 31, 2026.
Single services are priced separately. A traditional high-heat sauna is $39, a hybrid sauna is $44, red light therapy is $19, a cold plunge is $24 and Fire & Ice contrast therapy is $64. For testing, a DEXA body composition scan is $199, a VO2 Max or submaximal test is $129, a resting metabolic rate assessment is $59 and a movement and performance screen is $129. Most of these are Grand Opening prices through October 31. Bundled packages run from $169 for the Grand Opening Discovery Package to $599 for the Complete Longevity & Performance Assessment.
It does not publish a consultation fee. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, and it does not explain how membership cancellation works.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether Dr. Waespe sees you in person for the quarterly physician-led longevity assessment, or whether a physician only reviews your results. Ask who writes the physician-reviewed reports that come with the longevity packages. If you are considering a lower membership tier, ask whether a physician reviews your results at all, since the physician-led assessment is listed only with the Ultimate plan.
Ask whether any part of a visit can be done by video. Ask whether a consultation is charged before testing begins, and whether any follow-up costs extra.
Ask how to cancel a membership, whether unused sessions carry over, and whether you keep the founding rate if you pause and rejoin later. Ask for office hours too, since none are listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want to pay cash for body composition testing, movement and fitness screens, or sauna and recovery sessions, and you are not looking for a prescription. It is a weaker fit if you want prescription weight loss medication, hormone therapy or peptides, since the clinic does not offer them.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
