What is Elite IV Hydration?
Elite IV Hydration is a wellness clinic built mainly around IV drips. It has a location in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and a second in Sarasota, and it will send a mobile team to a home or event. It says it delivers IV therapy at its Lakewood Ranch location or at the client's chosen place.
The menu lists 15+ IV drip formulas, including Myers Cocktail, Iron, Immune Defense, Detox and NAD+. It also offers vitamin and amino acid injections, an Ozone Sauna, an Oxygen Bar, an Ionic Foot Bath, stem cell therapy, HD Ozone UV treatment and lab draws. A "Weight Loss & Peptide Therapy" item appears on the menu, but no details are given. Some drips name specific medicines: Toradol, Zofran and Pepcid in the hangover drip, Venofer in the iron drip, and NAD+ and glutathione in other drips.
The clinic does not name a physician, nurse practitioner or medical director. Its NAD+ description says the drip is prescribed by the medical director, but that person is not named. On Google it holds a 5 rating from 206 reviews, in the wellness center category.
What does it cost?
Under its Happy Hour section, which runs Monday to Friday from 2PM to 5PM, it lists Myers Cocktail at $95 (usually $125), About Last Night at $175 (usually $235), Athlete's IV Drip at $235 (usually $285), Immune Defense at $175 (usually $235) and a Glutathione add-on at $35 (usually $50). These promotions cannot be combined with other offers. The NAD+ drip starts at $250, but the clinic does not say what that covers or what unit it is priced by.
Most other drips, the injections, and weight loss and peptide care have no published prices. No consultation fee is given. It does not say whether insurance is accepted or whether the drip price includes the medication. A "Become A Member" link appears on the menu, but no membership terms are published. First responders, military and medical professionals receive 10% off all services with valid ID.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who the medical director is and who writes the prescription for the NAD+ drip, and for any drip that contains Toradol or Zofran. Ask whether the $250 starting price includes the medication and the visit, and what changes the total.
Ask whether insurance is billed, and whether HSA cards or financing are accepted. For weight loss or peptide care, ask the price, who prescribes it and what a first visit involves. Ask whether any part of care can be done by telehealth, since the clinic does not say.
The iron drip requires recent iron-level labs, so ask who orders them, where they are drawn and what they cost. Ask how membership works and how to cancel. Ask for the hours, since only the Happy Hour window is listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want IV drips, injections, or sauna and oxygen sessions, you are comfortable paying cash, and you want the prescriber's name before you book. It is a weaker fit if you need a named physician to lead weight loss or peptide care, because no prescriber or price is given for either. Call and ask those questions first.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
