What is Transparent Health DPC?
Transparent Health DPC is a direct primary care practice at 1744 S. Poplar Street, Suite B, in Casper, Wyoming. It describes itself as a family practice and health optimization clinic, and primary care is the core of what it does. Temberly Long, DNP, founded the practice and is the one prescriber named for it. She has practiced family medicine in Wyoming for over 16 years.
Patients pay one flat monthly membership in place of billing insurance for each visit. That membership includes unlimited primary and acute care visits, same-day and next-day scheduling, telehealth, preventive care and chronic disease management, and in-office testing such as strep and urine tests. The practice serves men and women of all ages across central Wyoming, including Casper, Mills, Evansville, and Bar Nunn.
Beyond primary care, it evaluates and manages testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men and menopause and perimenopause hormone therapy for women, both as part of the membership. It also offers personalized peptide therapy, with the cost calculated before anything is ordered. It does not say which peptide medications it uses.
What does it cost?
The membership is $125 a month per individual, and visits are included. There is a $75 one-time enrollment fee, and dependent children of members pay no enrollment fee. A large family membership caps at $300 for parent(s) and all dependent children. Pre-tax HSA or FSA funds can be used to cover all or part of the membership.
In its own words: "There is no contract for individuals or families. You can cancel anytime."
It does not publish prices for hormone therapy or peptide therapy, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. Medication and lab costs are discussed individually, so ask for those numbers before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $125 membership covers any medication, and what a testosterone prescription would add to the monthly cost. Ask what "wholesale-priced medications" means in practice and what you would actually pay for them. Ask which peptide medications would be used, and whether each one is brand-name or compounded. Ask who signs the hormone and peptide prescriptions. Ask what repeat labs and follow-up visits cost, and whether hormone check-ins can happen by telehealth. Finally, ask how cancellation works and get the terms in writing.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Casper or central Wyoming, want a flat monthly membership with same-day or telehealth access, and plan to pay cash for hormone or peptide care. Get the medication and lab costs in writing before you commit.
