Ask whether it takes insurance and whether any visit can be done by telehealth, since it does not say either way.
The Charleston office is listed at two different street addresses, so confirm which one you would visit. It does not publish hours for Milton, so ask when that office is open. Ask how financing payments and cancellation work before you sign anything.
