About THE REGENERATIVE INSTITUTE

What is The Regenerative Institute?

The Regenerative Institute is a clinic in Spokane, Washington, with a second office in Kennewick in the Tri-Cities area. Its main work is orthopedic and sports medicine, mostly injection-based: ultrasound-guided injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), prolotherapy, hyaluronic acid injections and nerve hydrodissection. It also lists IV infusions, massage therapy, rehabilitation therapy, aesthetics (including Botox) and primary care.

Three prescribers are listed: Jonathan Pasma, DO, a board certified physiatrist who works on interventional sports, spine and musculoskeletal procedures; Logan Danielson, DO, who is dual board-certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine and whose practice covers primary care; and Selene Garcia, RN. The primary care work is described in general terms. In its own words: "This includes metabolic health, hormone optimization, injury treatment and prevention, and lifestyle foundations." The clinic does not name a specific hormone therapy, a weight loss program, a GLP-1 medication or a peptide therapy. Google shows a rating of 5 from 427 reviews. It does not say how long it has been open.

This listing is for its Spokane office at 1303 W Summit Pkwy Lower Level 1.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices. There is no consultation fee, no price per injection or IV, and no membership fee listed, and it does not say whether a price includes the medication. On insurance, in its own words: "Coverage varies depending on your insurance provider and the treatment type." It does not say which services it accepts insurance for, although a staff bio mentions a billing manager who follows up on insurance claims. It does not mention HSA accounts, financing or cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which of the three prescribers handles hormone care, which hormones are prescribed, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded by a pharmacy. Ask whether any monthly or package fee includes the medication, or whether it is billed on top. For injections such as PRP, ask what the blood draw and in-house processing cost, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost after the first treatment. Ask whether any service is billed to insurance, and what you would owe afterward. Ask how cancellation works and what happens to visits you have already paid for. Ask which schedule is current, since the clinic gives Monday to Thursday in one place and Monday to Friday in another, both 8am to 4pm. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, because the clinic does not say.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you have a joint, tendon, nerve or sports injury you want treated with injections, or if you want an in-person primary care relationship that includes hormone optimization, and you are willing to get prices and insurance terms in writing before you book. If you are looking for a named weight loss, peptide or longevity program, the clinic does not describe one, so ask about it directly before you book.
