What is Evergreen Naturopathic?
Evergreen Naturopathic is a naturopathic clinic at 1801 W. Broadway Ave., Suite 2, in Spokane, WA 99201. Its main business is naturopathic primary care, the ongoing care a patient uses for everyday health. It lists three services: Naturopathic Primary Care, Thyroid + Hormone Health, and Chronic Inflammation and Infections. In its own words, from its hormone page: "We use a variety of diet and lifestyle modification, nutritional support, botanical medicine and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy to help support, balance and repair hormone dysfunction."
Five naturopathic physicians are named as prescribers. Dr. Alycia Policani is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Michael Lehman is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. Dr. David Graves is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and a Bastyr graduate who has practiced in Spokane since 2010. Dr. Maria Lams is a licensed Naturopathic Physician in Washington and Arizona, and she has trained in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Kirsten Harrison completed her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in 2021 and also holds a doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.
A blog post on metabolic health names semiglutide among GLP-1 medicines. The clinic does not say whether it prescribes weight loss medication. The office is open Tuesday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, and Google lists it as a medical clinic with a 4.8 rating from 138 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices or a consultation fee. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, whether any fee includes hormone medication, or how membership and cancellation work. It describes serum and urine hormone testing but gives no price for it. Call 509-755-5100 and ask for each figure before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which physician would manage your hormone care and who signs the prescription. Ask whether the hormone medication is part of any fee or billed separately, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and how often you would need them.
If weight loss is your reason for calling, ask whether the clinic prescribes a GLP-1 medication and what it costs each month. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether visits can be billed to insurance or are cash only. Ask how cancellation works and whether any prepaid amount is refunded. Confirm that the physician you would see holds a Washington license.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Spokane, want a primary care clinic that treats hormone health as part of whole-body care, and can pay cash for visits, testing and any medication. If you need the prices and medication costs in writing before you commit, get those answers before you book.
