About Low T 99

What is Low T 99?

Low T 99 is a telehealth practice for men's testosterone treatment, with one in-person injection office in Bellevue, Washington, at 16301 NE 8th St. Ste 231. In its own words: "LowT99 specializes in the diagnosis of low testosterone in men and low testosterone treatments online from licensed medical doctors close to home."

It lists four services: low testosterone therapy, a men's telehealth program, HRT and TRT, and treatment options for erectile dysfunction. The medications it names are testosterone, anastrozole and enclomiphene. Its erectile dysfunction pages also describe oral capsules and a Trimix injectable, both custom formulated for each patient.

Four doctors are named, and no credentials are published for any of them. Dr. Nolan Noska is listed as medical director, for California, Colorado and Washington. Dr. Abe Rice is listed for California, Colorado, Florida, Pennsylvania and Texas. Dr. Schulz is listed for Oregon, and Dr Alex Coracides for Arizona.

This listing is for its Seattle office at 901 Boren Ave #1700.

What does it cost?

The Bellevue in-person plan is $83 a month, or $1000 paid annually. It does not say whether medication is included. The telehealth inclusive package is $357 every 3 months and covers physician management, testosterone, anastrozole and bi-annual blood work. Enclomiphene can be added for $30. The telehealth process starts with a first step listed at $99, but it does not say what that covers or whether it is a consultation fee. Blood work is drawn at a Labcorp, and no price is given for it.

The clinic is cash pay only. It says "No Insurance Required," but it does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not mention HSA funds or financing. Its terms say that extra blood tests or visits a physician requests are paid by the patient, and that declining a requested test ends therapy indefinitely at the end of the 30-day treatment.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which doctor will sign your prescription, and whether that doctor is licensed in your state, since each one is listed for particular states. Ask for credentials, because none are published. Ask whether the monthly or 3-month fee includes medication, visits and labs, or only some of them. Ask whether the medications are brand-name or compounded, and what "custom formulated" means for the erectile dysfunction capsules and injectable.

Ask what the $99 covers, what extra labs and visits cost, and whether the Bellevue office keeps the 8am to 5pm Pacific Time hours listed Monday through Friday. Ask how often the Bellevue injections happen. Finally, ask how to cancel, and whether the 30-day treatment is a commitment.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live in one of the eight states it serves online, are comfortable with blood work at a Labcorp, and want these answers in writing before you pay. If you want in-person injections near Bellevue, ask about the $83 plan first.
