What is Men's Direct RX?
Men's Direct RX is a men's health clinic at 16301 NE 8th St, Suite 231, Bellevue, WA 98008. Its site leads with erectile dysfunction treatment, including oral medications, sublingual drops and tablets, troches, and Trimix. It also offers testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), medically supervised weight loss, and peptide therapy by telehealth or in office. IV therapy and vasectomy are listed as coming soon. In its own words: "We are more than just an ED clinic."
Dr. Nolan Noska is named as the physician who oversees its care, and he has served as medical director since 2016. No medical credentials are published for him. The clinic's Google listing shows a 4.8 rating from 263 reviews.
What does it cost?
Testosterone comes in two versions. In-office TRT in Bellevue is $99 a month, or $1,182.00 paid annually, which the clinic lists as $99 a month on average. Telehealth TRT is $119 a month, or $357 paid every 3 months, which works out to $119 a month on average. Telehealth is listed for AZ, CA, CO, FL, OR, PA, TX and WA. Both include testosterone, anastrozole, and bloodwork every 6 months, and telehealth adds supplies and shipping. The first step is a $99 registration that includes bloodwork and a consultation.
Weight loss uses compounded semaglutide at $295 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $445 a month. It does not say whether those prices include the medication, and it lists no consultation fee. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, and it does not state cancellation terms for the testosterone program.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and for the physician's license and credentials, since none are published. Ask whether the weight loss price includes the medication itself. The weight loss drugs are compounded versions of semaglutide and tirzepatide, not the brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound, so ask how the compounded product is made and whether a brand-name option is available. Ask which affiliate pharmacy fills your prescription, since the clinic lists them in Florida, Arizona and Michigan.
Before testosterone starts, ask how many blood tests come first, when they are drawn, and who reads the results. Ask what follow-up visits and extra labs cost beyond the bloodwork every 6 months. Get the cancellation and refund terms in writing, and ask whether you can stop partway through a prepaid period. If you may want children soon, ask how that is handled before treatment starts. Ask for the clinic's hours, since none are listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want testosterone or erectile dysfunction treatment handled by telehealth in one of the listed states, or in person in Bellevue, and you are comfortable paying cash for compounded weight loss medication. It may not fit if you need insurance billing or brand-name medication.
