What is Provo Health?
Provo Health is a cash-pay clinic at 980 E 800 N, Suite 202, in Orem, Utah. Its main focus is Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, or CIRS, which it treats using the Shoemaker Protocol. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and neurofeedback are other headline programs. Hormone optimization and peptide therapy are two of its eleven listed services, so they are one part of the practice, not its center.
The practice has been open for more than 15 years. For hormone care it names one prescriber, Dr. Rogers, whom it describes as "a hormone expert with 25+ years of experience." No credential is given for Dr. Rogers, so none is stated. Board certified physicians are mentioned in general terms, but that title is not tied to a named person.
Peptide therapy names BPC-157, Thymosin Alpha-1, VIP and growth hormone peptides. The hormone program covers bio-identical hormones, hormone panels, thyroid optimization and adrenal support. Other services include IV nutrient therapy, HOCATT ozone therapy, EBOO therapy, hair tissue mineral analysis, medical detoxification and advanced diagnostics. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday 10am to 5pm and Friday 10am to 4pm, and it is closed Saturday. It does not say whether telehealth visits are offered.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for hormone care, peptide therapy or consultations. It also does not say whether any price includes medication, whether it accepts insurance, or whether it takes HSA funds or offers financing. Some services, including HOCATT, IV therapy, neurofeedback and footbaths, can be booked online without a consultation, but no price is listed for them either. Ask for the full cost in writing before your first visit.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the hormone prescription, and what credentials Dr. Rogers holds. Ask whether a hormone or peptide medication is brand-name or compounded, and whether its cost is included in the price you pay. Ask what the consultation, lab work and follow-up visits cost, and whether labs are required before a prescription is written. Ask whether any part of the care can be done by telehealth, and how cancellation works if you join a program or pay in advance. Before you call, confirm the number. The clinic's main line is (801) 691-1765, but a second number, (801) 555-0199, also appears online.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are mainly looking for a CIRS evaluation and want hormone or peptide care from the same office, and you are ready to pay cash without a published price. It is a weaker fit if hormone care alone is your goal and you need a price before you book.
