About Joint Regeneration Center of Utah

What is Joint Regeneration Center of Utah?

Joint Regeneration Center of Utah, or JRCU, is a regenerative medicine clinic at 6699 S 1300 E, Ste 150 in Murray, UT 84121. Its main work is joint, tendon and spine care using biologic treatments such as exosome therapy, stem cell therapy and PRP. Its Optimize program adds hormone therapy (HRT), peptide therapy and class IV laser therapy. It does not list a weight loss medication program.

Devon Duplain, PA-C, is the one prescriber the clinic names. It describes him as NCCPA certified and as heading its joint repair program. For hormones, JRCU says care is managed by its clinical team and does not name a hormone prescriber. Its footer notes that its treatments are not approved by the FDA to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Hormone and peptide consultations can be done virtually from anywhere in Utah.

What does it cost?

JRCU does not publish prices or a consultation fee. It says hormone therapy is self-pay. In its own words: "HRT at JRCU is self-pay, allowing us to focus entirely on optimal outcomes rather than coverage limitations." It does not say whether peptide or regenerative care is billed to insurance, or whether any price includes medication.

The one concrete figure is a same-day discount of $100 credited toward treatment when pursued the same day, on a treatment of at least $1,000. Optimize protocols are excluded. That is a credit with conditions, not a price. JRCU also offers CareCredit financing for any treatment.

What should you ask before you book?

Start with who signs. Ask the clinic to name the hormone prescriber and their credentials, and whether Devon Duplain, PA-C, will be involved in your hormone or peptide care. Ask whether the hormones are compounded or brand-name, since the clinic describes them only as bioidentical.

Bloodwork is required before the first appointment. Labs are ordered by the clinic or transferred from your primary care provider, with results in 2 to 3 business days and follow-up labs at 6 to 8 weeks. Ask what the lab panel, the follow-up labs and each visit cost, and whether any of them are included in a monthly fee.

For peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500 are named. Peptides are described as coming through licensed compounding pharmacies and dispensed as vials for self-injection. In its own words: "Peptides are shipped directly to you following your consultation." Ask which pharmacy compounds them, what a month of medication costs, and what the cancellation terms are, since the clinic does not describe either.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want hormone or peptide care from a clinic whose main work is joint regeneration, you are ready to pay cash, and you are comfortable with the hormone prescriber not being named in advance. If you are looking for a GLP-1 weight loss program, this clinic does not list one, so look elsewhere first.
