About Aspire Women's Wellness

What is Aspire Women's Wellness?

Aspire Women's Wellness is a concierge women's health practice at 401 Division St S, Suite C, in Northfield, MN 55057. It is a hybrid practice, seeing patients in person in Northfield or by video, and it serves clients in Minnesota, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Its core is hormone care for perimenopause and menopause, with gynecologic care, pelvic exams, and functional workups alongside. It does not list weight loss or peptide therapy.

Dr. Lillian Medhus, DNP, WHNP-BC, is the founder and lead nurse practitioner. Dr. Sarah Obermeyer, PhD, WHNP-BC, is the other prescriber. Savanna Weis, MSML, handles operations and billing and does not prescribe. The Google listing shows 5 stars from 20 reviews.

In its own words: "Care that takes its time."

What does it cost?

The first visit is 90 minutes and costs $450. Aspire Foundations, the six-month program that follows, is $3,997, or 10% off if paid in full. After that, membership is month to month and billed quarterly. The first tier is $175 a month ($525 quarterly) for one 60-minute visit each quarter and unlimited messaging. The second tier is $375 a month ($1,125 quarterly) and adds unlimited visits and an annual lab panel.

It is private pay and accepts HSA and FSA. It can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and labs and medications can be submitted to insurance. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, and it publishes no prices for hormone therapy or menopause care itself.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which prescriber would write your prescriptions and who covers follow-up between visits. Ask whether the Foundations fee or the monthly fee includes medication, or whether medication is billed separately. If hormone medication is prescribed, ask whether it is brand-name or compounded, and who supplies it.

Ask what labs, follow-up visits, and the HRT Club membership cost outside the program. Ask how to cancel a month-to-month membership that is billed quarterly. No office outside Northfield is published, so if you are in Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas, ask whether your care would be by video.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a long first visit with a nurse practitioner, you can pay out of pocket for a six-month program or a membership, and you already have a primary care doctor the practice can coordinate with. It is not a fit if you are looking for weight loss or peptide care, since neither is listed.
