What is The Performance Lab EP?
The Performance Lab EP is a recovery and wellness center at 12115 Montwood Dr Suite 204 in El Paso, Texas. The phone number is 915-259-8584. Most of what it sells is recovery sessions: infrared sauna, cold plunge, cryo therapy, compression, and massage. All services include red light therapy, sauna, and cold plunge in private suites. It also offers IV infusions, vitamin shots, hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm and Friday to Sunday 9am to 5pm. The peptide menu includes AOD-9604, BPC-157, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, and PT-141, among others. In its own words: "Science-backed peptide programs for performance, recovery, and longevity." It says the programs are supervised by medical professionals, but it does not name a prescriber. The hormone therapy is listed by name only, with no detail on how it runs.
What does it cost?
Memberships have the clearest prices. Recovery Basic is $60 a month for cold plunge and infrared sauna. Full Service is $80 a month for cold plunge, sauna or steam room, and compression. The Bronze Plan is $130 a month and adds one IV infusion a month to the recovery services. Single visits run from $10 for a cold plunge to $40 for a Full Service session. The Six Pack is six sessions for $60, valid six months.
Other prices include $25 for a Myers shot, $15 for a vitamin B-12 shot, and $30 to $45 for an NAD+ shot. A 250ml VitaMix IV bag with two vitamins is $40, and each added vitamin is $10. NAD+ IV starts at $250. A 60-minute deep tissue massage is $100.
The clinic does not publish peptide or HRT prices. It does not say whether a consultation fee applies, whether medication is included in a program price, or whether insurance is accepted. It also does not give cancellation terms for memberships.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the peptide and hormone programs, and get the name and credentials in writing. Ask whether each peptide is a brand-name product or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies it. Ask whether the monthly price includes the medication and the injections, and what lab work and follow-up visits cost on top of that. Ask whether a consultation is charged and whether it can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether insurance or HSA cards are accepted. If you join a membership, ask how to cancel and whether there is a notice period.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you mainly want recovery sessions, infusions, or a monthly membership and are comfortable walking in. If a peptide or hormone program is the reason you are calling, work through the questions above and get the answers in writing before you pay for a consultation or a month of medication.
