What is Ways2Well?
Ways2Well is a preventive health company founded in 2018 by Brigham Buhler. It has locations in Austin and Houston, Texas. The Austin location is a longevity lab, and the Houston location is a clinic. Care can also be delivered remotely. Peptide therapy is offered as clinician-guided care, and hormone optimization is listed alongside it. Other services include stem cell therapy, IV therapy and vitamin shots, red light, ozone sauna and hyperbaric chamber sessions, VO2 max and DEXA testing, a brain scan, and a cancer risk assessment. It does not list a medical weight loss program among its services. Brigham Buhler is named as founder, but no prescribing clinician is named.

What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for peptide therapy, hormone optimization, or its care plans. The one stated fee is for Connect, a complimentary 20-minute phone call with an RN. Its care plans are Connect, Clarity, and Core, with a fourth tier, Champion, marked coming soon. Every tier includes labs, a provider who reads them, and the app, but no tier price is shown, and it does not say whether labs are billed on top. A banner offers 50% off the Cancer Risk Assessment this month, but no base price is shown to measure that discount against. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, whether medication is included in any fee, whether it takes HSA or financing, or what its membership and cancellation terms are.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs a peptide or hormone prescription and what that person's credentials are, since no prescriber is named. In its own words: "A provider reviews your labs before anything is prescribed." Ask whether that review and any follow-up visits are part of a plan or billed separately. Ask whether either service needs an in-person visit or can be done by video, and which states the telehealth care covers, because it does not publish that list. Ask whether any monthly fee includes the medication, whether the drug is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask whether insurance is accepted, how you cancel a plan, and what happens to any fees you have already paid.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want clinician-guided peptide or hormone care, expect to pay cash, and are willing to get the prescriber's name, the medication terms, and the full price in writing before you pay. If you need a named prescriber, published prices, or a medical weight loss program, you will need to get those answers from the clinic first.
