What is GetWell Health?
GetWell Health is a medical practice at 114 George L Davis Blvd, Nashville, TN 37203. Its phone number is 615-651-6953. In its own words: "GetWell Health is a concierge medical company serving Nashville and surrounding neighborhoods."
Most of what it promotes is wellness work, including IV drips, hormone optimization and peptide therapy. Urgent care and primary care are also on its list of services, along with lab services and biomarker lab testing.
The hormone program covers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, testosterone therapy, menopause support and thyroid optimization for men and women. It does not name the specific medications. The peptide program describes options such as growth hormone peptides, immune-boosting peptides and cognitive enhancers, given by injection, cream or by mouth depending on the therapy.
No prescriber is named anywhere. The hormone section mentions a one-on-one consultation with a nurse practitioner, but no name or credential is given for the person who writes prescriptions.
IV therapy can be given at home, at the office, at a hotel or in one of its clinics. Lab work can be done in clinic or at your location, and the lab page mentions same-day appointments. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM. It serves Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin and nearby areas. Google shows a 4.8 rating from 52 reviews, under the category Wellness center.
What does it cost?
GetWell Health does not publish prices. It describes its pricing as "Transparent, upfront pricing," but no price, consultation fee or membership rate is given. It also does not say whether it accepts insurance, or whether a program fee includes the medication.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for any hormone or peptide treatment, and get that person's name and license in writing before you start. Ask whether any program fee includes the medication, and what the medication costs separately if it does not. Ask whether each medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what the consultation, hormone or peptide testing, follow-up visits and ongoing lab work each cost. Ask whether insurance is accepted and whether an HSA card can be used. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, since the clinic does not say. Its services do not include a weight loss program, though weight loss appears in its marketing, so ask exactly what it covers. Finally, ask how to cancel and whether you would sign a contract.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Nashville, Brentwood or Franklin, want IV, hormone, peptide or lab services at a clinic or at home, and are comfortable getting written answers on who prescribes, what the medication costs and what each fee is before you pay. It is a harder fit if you need published prices before you call.
