Start with the prescriber. Ask who writes and signs any prescription for hormone, peptide or weight treatment, and whether Dr. Shirzadi sees you for that part of your care. Then ask whether a monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since none of it is priced. Ask whether telehealth is offered, whether insurance is accepted, and whether HSA cards or financing work there. If weight treatment interests you, ask whether a GLP-1 program is available, because none is named.
Ask how a membership or package is canceled and whether there is a fee. Weekday hours run 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays are by appointment only. If weekdays do not suit you, ask how far ahead you would need to book a Saturday visit. Sunday is closed.
