What is LivGr8 Health?
LivGr8 Health is a wellness practice at 100 Bradford Road, Suite 320, in Wexford, PA. It calls itself a physician-led Longevity and Performance Optimization Institute, and its Google category is medical spa. Most of what it lists is aesthetics, recovery and IV therapy. It is open Monday through Friday, 08.00 to 20.00, and its Google listing shows a 4.9 rating from 18 reviews. It does not name a prescriber.
Its services fall into four groups. Aesthetics covers dermal fillers, a facial and skin rejuvenating treatment, Fotona laser, microneedling with Rejuvapen NXT and neuromodulators, which it names as Daxxify and Jeuveau. Recovery and performance includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a cold plunge, Sunlighten sauna, compression therapy, a CAROL AI Bike and a Starformer. Diagnostics offers an InBody 970 scan and Pnoe metabolic testing. The IV and holistic menu includes IV drips, IV nutrient therapy, NAD therapy and Reiki.
It lays out a process that begins with a baseline assessment, followed by a plan, the treatments, and repeat scans. In its own words: "Progress is continuously monitored using objective health data." It mentions peptide or hormone support "when clinically appropriate," but it does not describe a program for either, and it does not list a medical weight loss program.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. It does not state a consultation fee, and it does not say whether medication is included in any treatment or plan. It mentions membership plans, but the terms are not shown, including the fee and how cancellation works.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance. Do not assume either way until you ask.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who the physician is, since no prescriber is named. Ask who would prescribe any peptide or hormone support, and what the first visit includes and costs.
Ask whether the membership fee covers the treatments you want, whether the Daxxify or Jeuveau product is included in the price, and whether each treatment is billed separately. Ask whether any peptide or hormone medication is brand-name or compounded, and who fills it.
Ask what the InBody scans, metabolic testing and blood work cost on repeat visits. Ask how to cancel a membership and whether there is a fee. Ask whether it offers telehealth. The phone number is +1 (866) 957-9382.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments, recovery sessions or IV therapy at a Wexford studio, you are willing to ask for prices before committing, and you want a named prescriber before any hormone or peptide care starts. If you were looking for a medical weight loss program, this clinic does not list one.
