What is Pacifica Healthcare?
Pacifica Healthcare is a naturopathic practice in Lake Oswego, Oregon, founded in 2019. Dr. Justin Langlais, ND, MSOM is the only person the clinic names as a prescriber. He trained at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland. The practice mainly offers preventive and longevity medicine, hormone and metabolic health, performance and recovery, pain and regenerative care, and advanced diagnostics and monitoring. IV and nutrient therapy is also offered at its Lake Oswego and Tualatin locations, but Prime IV, a separate business, provides it.
Visits run longer than a standard primary care appointment by design, and a first visit is typically 60 minutes. Hours are Monday to Friday, by appointment only, with no set times listed. Eligible Oregon patients can book telemedicine visits. Services that need a physical exam or procedure happen in person in Lake Oswego.
What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish prices for visits, labs, or treatments, and no consultation fee is stated. Its membership plans come in three tiers, but each price is marked coming soon. In its own words: "No hidden fees. No surprises. Cancel anytime." The membership text does not yet say what each tier includes or whether medication is covered.
The clinic works with a limited number of insurance plans and does not name them. Patients outside that network pay directly, and the office can provide superbills for FSA or HSA reimbursement on request.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes each prescription and who you contact between visits. Dr. Justin is the only clinician the clinic names, so ask whether he will prescribe anything you would receive.
Ask which hormone treatments the practice uses. It names no specific hormone therapy or medication. Ask whether any medication would be brand-name or compounded, and whether the membership fee covers it. If you are looking for a weight loss program or a GLP-1 medication, ask first, because the clinic does not list one.
Ask what the intake visit, labs, and follow-up visits cost, and whether labs are billed separately from a membership. If you are considering injections such as PRP or prolotherapy, ask what they cost and whether the ultrasound guidance is billed on its own. Ask how cancellation works and whether notice is required. Ask whether your concern qualifies for telemedicine, since procedures need an in-person visit in Lake Oswego.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a long first visit with a naturopathic doctor, you live in Oregon or can reach Lake Oswego, and you are ready to pay directly and get medication costs in writing before you book. It is a harder match if you need a set appointment time, published prices, or a weight loss program.
