What is Quotient Health?
Quotient Health is a concierge primary care and longevity practice at 9280 Montgomery Road, Suite 102, in Cincinnati, Ohio 45242. Its main work is longevity medicine, built around a full day of testing called the Q-Diagnostic Day, followed by ongoing physician-led care and a review of results five weeks after the visit. In its own words: "Our mission is to extend your healthspan and lifespan through advanced testing, modern longevity science, and ongoing concierge primary care."
Its named services are Advanced Medical Testing, Hormone Balance & Wellness (including Evidence-based Hormone Replacement Therapy), IV Infusion Therapies, Tailored Supplement Plans, Sleep & Recovery Optimization, and Personal Physician Access 24/7. Weight loss and peptide therapy are not among its named services. Its listed prescribers are Dr. Justin Greiwe, MD, Dr. Ryan Collar, MD, MBA, Dr. Katie Sheridan, MD, MSCP, John Zerbe, MD, Jack McDonnell, MD, MS, and Mary Ross Freeman, DNP, PMHNP-BC. Kari Butcher, Stephanie Shoemaker and Lauren Dorcheff are also listed as RNs. On Google, the practice is rated 5 from 51 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for memberships, testing, consultations or infusions. Membership comes in two tiers, Elite and Foundational, plus corporate memberships for employers, and no dollar figures appear for any of them. Members get 10% off IV infusions year-round, and infusion series include free sessions, such as one complimentary infusion with every six bought in the 6-Session Series. It does not say whether a consultation fee applies, whether insurance is accepted, whether HSA or financing is available, whether the membership fee covers medication, or how cancellation works.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and renews your prescriptions and who you contact between visits. It names Dr. Justin Greiwe for biannual reviews, but it does not say who signs a prescription. Ask whether hormone therapy is part of the membership fee or billed separately, and whether the medication itself is included. If it is included, ask whether the drug is brand-name or compounded, and what monitoring and lab work cost.
Ask what follow-up visits and repeat testing cost after the first day. The Elite and Foundational tiers mark some 24/7 items differently, so ask which tier includes same-day sick visits and prescription management. Ask whether telehealth is offered, what the office hours are, and how to cancel, including whether unused infusions or testing are refunded.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want testing, physician contact and a long-term plan under one membership, and you are willing to get the fee, medication terms and cancellation rules in writing before you pay. If you need one specific treatment at a known price, ask for those figures before you book a testing day.
