What is YOUTHOLOGIE?
YOUTHOLOGIE is an aesthetic and anti-aging medicine practice at 10940 Raven Ridge Road, Suite 214, Raleigh, NC 27614, with a phone line at 919-847-1495. Dr. Lisa Hogan, MD, is the only prescriber named. Most of the menu is aesthetic: lip enhancement, skin treatments, lasers, fillers, and neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport. Hormone care sits under its anti-aging services, which also list stem cells, functional and integrative medicine, nutrition and lifestyle, and treatment for adrenal fatigue, Wilson's thyroid syndrome and chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS). It does not list medical weight loss or peptide therapy. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 3 reviews.
Its hormone services include hormone balancing, hormone optimization, bio-identical hormones and The Menopause Method, a program for women that delivers bioidentical hormones through the skin using patented organic oils. Dr. Daved Rosensweet developed the method, but he is not named as a prescriber here. Its own description names Medicap Pharmacy as the compounder of the oil preparation and calls it the only compounding pharmacy in North Carolina doing so. Consultations about the method are offered in person and by telemedicine. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 to 6, with Friday and Saturday by appointment only.
What does it cost?

It does not say whether insurance covers hormone treatment or consultations, whether a monthly fee would include the medication, or what its membership and cancellation terms are. Ask whether any monthly price includes the medication, and whether the medication is compounded at Medicap Pharmacy. Ask how your dose is set, how often it is rechecked, and what each follow-up test costs. Ask which states the telemedicine consultation can be done from, since it does not say.
If you are a man, ask whether the hormone programs are open to you, because The Menopause Method is described as being for women. If you are interested in stem cell treatment, or in the adrenal fatigue, Wilson's thyroid or CIRS treatments, ask how each is diagnosed, what the treatment involves, and what it costs. Finally, ask about cancellation and refunds before you pay anything.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone care tied to one named physician, can reach Raleigh or a telemedicine consultation, and are ready to pay out of pocket, since it does not say whether insurance applies.
