What is Longevità Medical?

Longevità Medical is a hormone practice at 7255 State Route 96, Suite 110, in Victor, New York, with one office listed. The compounded medication comes from MedQuest, a compounding pharmacy, and arrives by mail in about a week.

What does it cost?

The program costs $1,850 for the first year and $1,200 for each year after that. That covers professional services, visits and ongoing management. It does not cover medication.
