Advanced Wellness Center is a large multidisciplinary group in Monmouth and Middlesex counties, spanning orthopaedics, pain management, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and a separate aesthetics and medical weight loss arm. It runs across two websites, and the aesthetics one publishes a genuine price list. Medical weight loss starts with a free initial consultation and a $65 basic nutrition visit, with packages running from two to eight months and starting as low as $99 for a two-week trial.

## What does everything else cost?

Hydrafacials are tiered by time: Signature $210 for 30 minutes, Deluxe $290 for 45 minutes, Platinum $345 for 60 minutes. Dermaplaning is $150 standalone or $49 added to any Hydrafacial. Chemical peels start at $150. Neurotoxins — Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport and Xeomin — start at $12.99 per unit. Fillers including Versa, Restylane, Juvederm and Skinvive are from $650 per syringe.

On the device side: a photofacial starts at $425.00, microneedling with topical PRP, injections and hyaluronic acid starts at $475, laser treatments including hair removal start at $149, tattoo removal starts at $100, Strawberry Laser Lipo is $286 per session, Cynosure radiofrequency skin tightening is from $150 per area, Keravive starts at $299.00 and PDO threads start at $150.00.

## Which address is the right one?

This is the thing to sort out before you travel. The two sites print different street numbers for what is almost certainly the same Marlboro office — 17 N Main St on one, 15 N Main St on the other — and different spellings of the same Route 9 address in Freehold, 3338 U.S. Route 9 South in the Barclay Shopping Center versus 3338 US-9, Freehold Township. A third location is published at 350 Forsgate Dr, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. Hours differ by site too: the clinical site gives Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday to 2:30 p.m., weekends closed, while the aesthetics site gives Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. Confirm both the door and the day when you book.

## Who works there?

Thirteen clinicians are named. Dr. James F. Cozzarelli, MD leads the list. Dr. Gary L. Yen is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a sub-specialty in Pain Medicine. Dr. Jay Chun is board certified in Neurosurgery and specializes in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. Hui Yang is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. ## What isn't published

Reading both home pages, the team page and the pricing page on 22 September 2026: neither site names a single medication, hormone or GLP-1 drug, even though bioidentical hormones and HRT appear as service headings. A "Check My Coverage" navigation item points at an insurance page we did not open, so insurance is unconfirmed. No telehealth statement and no service area appear anywhere.
