## Is telehealth available to new patients?
This is worth checking before you book, because the site contradicts itself. The telehealth page says the practice offers telehealth to new and existing patients. A banner carried on the home page and the BioTE page says it is now accepting telehealth appointments for existing patients. Those two statements cannot both be the full picture, and neither says which states a virtual visit can be provided in, or what one costs.
## When is it open, and who will you see?
The hours are narrow and specific, so plan around them. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Friday is 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Wednesday is published as "Ultrasounds Only" rather than as a time range. Saturday and Sunday are closed. That is roughly eleven published clinical hours a week plus a dedicated ultrasound day.
Mohamed Esiely, MD is the only clinician named on the pages we opened. There is a /contents/meet-the-team page on the site that was not opened in this check, so whether a nurse practitioner, physician assistant or midwife also practises here is unresolved.
## What is unknown?
We checked the home page, the BioTE page, the telehealth page, the menopause management page and the provider page on 22 September 2026. Beyond price and the telehealth conflict, the biggest gap is BioTE itself: the BioTE page carries almost no BioTE-specific body text and names no hormone, no pellet and no dosing, so whether the programme uses pellets and what it involves cannot be answered from the site. Who the hormone programme is intended for is not stated either.
