What is Mountain Valley Naturopathic, PLLC?
Mountain Valley Naturopathic is a naturopathic medicine practice led by Danielle Pearce, ND. It operates from Bridge Medical Center at 5938 Highway 93 South in Whitefish, MT 59937, and can be reached at 406-863-9300. Dr. Pearce joined the center in 2025 after training at Bastyr University and years of practice in Billings. She has practiced for over 10 years.
The main service is naturopathic consults. A first visit runs up to 90 minutes and must be in person. Follow-up visits run 30 to 60 minutes, in the office or by phone. Home visits are available on request, with drive time covered up to 10 miles from downtown Whitefish. Other services include thyroid management, hormone testing (including DUTCH hormone testing), perimenopause and menopausal strategies, food sensitivity and stool testing, heavy metal testing, preconception and fertility care, dementia prevention, and detoxification and supplement consults. It does not name hormone therapy, HRT, TRT, a weight loss program, peptide therapy or longevity medicine among its services. Its Google rating is 5, from 2 reviews.
In its own words: "Every visit will include a detailed care plan with rational for recommended therapeutics."
What does it cost?
It does not publish a consultation fee or a fee for follow-up visits. The one published price is for annual labs, which run $150 to $225. Blood work is run at provider cost through LabCorp, but specialty tests such as DUTCH testing have no published price. Visits that run past 60 minutes are billed for each additional 15 minutes. Home visits carry an additional fee, with no amount given.
It is not in network with any insurance company. It accepts cash, card or check for visits and lab services. It provides superbills with diagnosis and visit codes that you can submit to your insurer, and those go toward an out-of-network deductible. It does not say whether medication or supplements are included in any price, and it does not publish a cancellation policy.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether hormone management includes prescribed hormones. The clinic describes hormone testing and natural approaches, but it does not say whether prescribed hormones are part of its care. Ask which hormones are tested and what the DUTCH test and any follow-up labs will cost in total.
Ask whether video visits are offered, since only office and phone visits are described. Ask for office hours, which are not listed. Ask how cancellations and late changes are handled.
Ask about pelvic exams. The clinic does not perform them and refers out, and it notes that up-to-date pelvic exams are needed for hormone management. Ask also whether it sees children, since it does not provide primary care for children and sees them only for specific concerns.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a naturopathic doctor for lab-based care and written care plans, and you are comfortable with a practice outside any insurance network. If you are hoping for prescribed hormone therapy, a weight loss program, peptides or longevity medicine, ask the questions above before you book.
