About Aurora Wellness
What is Aurora Wellness?
Aurora Wellness is a medical spa at 135 W Idaho Street Suite B in Kalispell, Montana. Google shows it at 5 stars from 155 reviews. Its main menu is spa-style treatments: BOTOX®, IV therapy, vitamin injections, NAD+, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Normatec Boots, an Oxygen Bar, Ionic Detox Foot Baths and Lab Draws.
The membership is where prescriptions come in. Its Direct Primary Care+ membership includes prescription management and fills for hormone replacement therapy, with unlimited visits with a Nurse Practitioner. It does not name that Nurse Practitioner or any other prescriber. It does not list weight loss or GLP-1 treatment, and it does not say whether telehealth visits are offered. It is open Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm, Friday 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm, and closed Sunday.
What does it cost?
Membership prices are published. Direct Primary Care (DPC) is $80 a month and covers unlimited Nurse Practitioner visits for prescription management and fills, excluding hormone replacement therapy, plus one free lab panel a year. Direct Primary Care+ (DPC+) is $130 a month and adds hormone replacement therapy management and fills, plus annual lab testing. Core Membership starts at $130 a month, Signature is $175 a month, and Boosted is $130 a month for five injections of your choice, with some exclusions. NAD+ injections are priced by dose: NAD 25mg for $35, NAD 50mg for $55, NAD 75mg for $75 and NAD 100mg for $95.
It does not publish a consultation fee or a price for Lab Draws. It does not say whether medication is included in the DPC+ price, or whether it accepts insurance. Memberships carry a six-month commitment. In its own words: "After those first six months the membership will continue on a monthly basis until you reach out and ask to cancel."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who the Nurse Practitioner is and who will prescribe your hormone replacement therapy, since no prescriber is named. Ask whether the $130 DPC+ price includes the hormone medication itself or only the visits, fills and labs, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask who prescribes NAD+, and what evidence supports the energy, focus and aging claims in its NAD+ descriptions.
Ask what a consultation, follow-up visits and labs cost beyond the annual panel, whether telehealth is possible, and whether insurance is billed. Ask how to cancel once the six months end, and whether that has to be done in writing.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay membership with a Nurse Practitioner who manages ongoing prescriptions, including hormone replacement therapy, and you can commit to six months. If you need a named prescriber, insurance billing or a weight loss program, get those answers first. If that describes you, it is worth calling (406) 309-2315.
