About Lile Wellness Partners

What is Lile Wellness Partners?

Lile Wellness Partners is a physician-led longevity and concierge practice with a compounding pharmacy attached. Dr. Laura Lile, M.D., leads it, and she is also a registered compounding pharmacist. Soon after graduating from The Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy in 1987, she opened one of the first drive-through pharmacies in the Midwest. The menu includes concierge wellness, genomics, regenerative medicine, hormone therapies (including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy), IV therapy, EBOO, a Longevity Lounge and prescription refills. Thermofield, a heating device on the list, is not FDA approved to treat any condition. It does not describe a weight loss or peptide program.

Its main office is in Alpharetta, Georgia. It also has offices in Franklin, Tennessee, Grosse Ile and Birmingham, Michigan, and West Palm Beach, Florida. Patients who live far from those towns can be seen by telehealth or phone. In its own words: "We block a full 90 minutes for each initial consultation and 60 minutes for each follow-up consultation." Hours vary by office. Alpharetta is open until 5 PM, and Franklin runs 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It has a Google rating of 5 from 5 reviews.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices or a consultation fee. It does not accept insurance, so payment is due at the time of service. It accepts HSA cards and most HSA and FSA cards for services and testing. You can pay per visit or join a monthly plan. A non-refundable deposit holds your first appointment, and the rest of the initial consultation fee is charged at that first visit.

The monthly fee covers up to 3 follow-up consultations a year with a full blood work review, a customized plan of care after each visit, access to diagnostic testing, and access to custom compounds and supplements from the pharmacy, delivered to your door. Monthly fees do not equate to monthly visits. It does not say whether the medication itself is included in the monthly fee. Blood work can be billed to insurance or paid through a pre-pay option with Quest or LabCorp at discounted rates. Specialty testing, such as genetics, is billed directly to you. Cancellation is by phone or email, and one final payment follows.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs your prescription and which clinician provides hormone or longevity care, since it does not say. Ask whether your medication is brand-name or compounded, and whether its cost is part of the monthly fee. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work will cost in total, including specialty tests, which the team can quote before ordering.

Ask whether your HSA or FSA card covers the monthly plan, and how much the final payment after cancellation will be. If you want telehealth, ask whether they see patients in your state, because it does not name the states it covers. If you want weight loss or peptide care, ask whether it is offered at all.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a physician-led practice with its own compounding pharmacy, you can pay out of pocket, and you will ask who prescribes and what the monthly fee covers before you commit. It is not an urgent care, and it does not take same-day emergency consults.
