What is Weeks Wellness?
Weeks Wellness is mainly a pelvic floor and functional wellness practice, built around physical therapy, functional medicine, nutrition and psychiatry, with hormone therapy and peptide therapy offered as separate programs. It has locations in Tallahassee, Panama City, Parrish and Land O Lakes, Florida; Arlington, Cambridge and Woburn, Massachusetts; Littleton, Colorado; Woodland Hills, California; Cary, North Carolina; and Farragut, Tennessee, with virtual care available nationwide. The founder, Dr. Michelle Weeks, holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University.
The hormone program, called Precision Hormones, is run with Dr. Shawn Weeks, who holds a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from WVSOM, completed an Emergency Medicine residency in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and has had further training in functional medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine and A4M. That program includes a full blood panel plus a DUTCH test, read through what it calls a functional lens, and Hormone Replacement Therapy "when appropriate." It only takes one new hormone client a month and runs as a year-long commitment that starts with one visit shared between a physician and a nutritionist.
The peptide program lists BPC-157, NAD+, glutathione, Thymosin Alpha-1 and PT-141, and mentions a fast-dissolving oral strip as an alternative to injections for some formulations. No prescriber is named specifically for the peptide program.
Weeks Wellness carries a Google rating of 4.8 from 17 reviews, listed under physical therapy clinic.
What does it cost?
No price is published for the hormone membership, the peptide program, the initial physician and nutritionist visit, or any of the lab work (DUTCH, blood panel, GI mapping and the others mentioned). It does not say whether medication is billed separately from the membership fee, and it does not say anything about insurance. Ask directly: what the initial visit costs, what the year-long membership costs once you are invited in, and what each peptide or hormone medication runs beyond that fee.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for a peptide protocol, since only the hormone program names a prescriber. Ask whether peptide medications are brand-name or compounded, and where they are sourced. Ask whether the membership fee covers medication, labs and follow-up, or whether those are billed as you go. Ask how the one-client-a-month waitlist works and how long a typical wait runs before a spot opens. Ask what happens if you want to leave the year-long membership partway through, since cancellation terms are not spelled out.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are already looking for pelvic floor, functional medicine or nutrition care in one of the towns it serves, and you are comfortable with a slower, waitlist-based intake built around lab review rather than a same-week prescription. It is a harder fit if you want a posted price before you commit, a same-visit peptide or hormone start, or a clinic built specifically around weight loss medication, since none is named here.
