What is Pinnacle Men's Health?
Pinnacle Men's Health is a family-owned and run men's health clinic at 765 Roosevelt Trail in Windham, Maine. Most of its services are hormone and sexual health care: testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment and a service it calls male enhancement. What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. Its TRT page mentions introductory prices for a limited time, but no figures appear. It offers a free consultation. Its terms say fees are disclosed before services begin and that refunds follow clinic policy, but the refund policy itself is not posted.
It does not say whether medication is included in any fee, or whether it accepts insurance. Ask for a written price list before the first visit. It should cover the consultation, lab work, medication, follow-up visits, and any membership or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether Sara Dayon handles your prescription and follow-up from start to finish, or whether another clinician sees you.
Ask whether the monthly or per-visit fee includes medication. If it does, ask which drug and which strength.
Ask whether any hormone medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. The practice does not say.
Its blog states that it does not prescribe aromatase inhibitors for men on TRT. If estrogen management matters to your plan, ask how it handles that before you start.
For ED, the practice says a provider may recommend peptide therapy or "targeted supplements or medications." Ask which of these would be prescribed for you, and what each costs. Ask what the male enhancement service contains.
If you live in Florida, ask how telehealth works for patients located there, and whether you must be physically in Florida during the visit.
Ask whether it bills insurance or takes cash only, what lab work, follow-up visits and refills cost, and how to cancel. Get the refund policy in writing.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want TRT or ED care from a nurse practitioner named on the practice's materials, and you are willing to get prices, medication details and cancellation terms in writing before you book. If you need a physician prescriber, a weight loss program or published prices, this practice does not list any of those, so call and ask first.
