About Down to Earth Wellness Club
What is Down to Earth Wellness Club?
Down to Earth Wellness Club is mainly an online supplement store. It also runs an in-person clinic, the Down to Earth Wellness Center, in Greenwood, Indiana, on the south side of Indianapolis. Visits are by appointment only, and telehealth is offered alongside in-person care. The clinic's services include functional lab testing, IV therapy, injections, peptide therapy and bioidentical hormone support.
The operating company is Project 1234 LLC. The clinic does not name a prescriber or list the credentials of its provider team. Google lists the business as a Medical Center with a 4.7 rating from 84 reviews. A Malibu, California location is planned for fall 2027 and is not open yet.
In its own words: "We're not a dispensary." Peptides are prescribed at the provider visit, after the consultation and lab review. For Indiana residents, the clinic can prescribe any peptide it offers through its local compounding pharmacy.
What does it cost?
The first step is a Peptide Consult, which costs $99. Lab work costs $115, and an office visit with lab review costs $150. These come before any peptide is prescribed.
The Peptide Access Membership costs $39 a month. It gives ongoing access to any peptide your provider recommends, but the monthly fee does not include the medication. Refills are paid as needed at member pricing. Prescriptions ship to your home, typically for $25 to $50.
It does not publish prices for individual peptides or for hormone therapy, and it does not list a consultation fee for hormone therapy. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, and no HSA or financing option is mentioned.
The membership is required to remain an active peptide patient, and it cannot be paused. There is no minimum commitment. To cancel, give at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and what that provider's credentials are. Ask whether the peptides are compounded, which pharmacy fills them, and whether any product is brand-name. Ask what a typical refill costs, since the $39 membership does not cover the medication.
Ask what follow-up lab work costs after the $115 panel, and whether another office visit is needed. Ask for hormone therapy pricing and any consultation fee for it. If you live outside Indiana, ask whether the clinic can prescribe in your state, because it will confirm that before you get started. Ask whether insurance is accepted, and get the 30-day cancellation rule in writing. The clinic's phone number is 424-208-1719.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Greenwood, want a paid consult, labs and a provider visit before any peptide is prescribed, and are comfortable with a membership that cannot be paused. It is less likely to fit if you are looking for a medical weight loss program, since none is listed, or if you live outside Indiana and have not yet confirmed that the clinic can prescribe in your state.
