Ask whether the $597 intake counts toward the 12-week program, what the maintenance plan costs, how cancellation works, and what its office hours are, since none are listed.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are a woman in perimenopause or menopause, you are willing to pay directly for care, and you can get to the Rockford office for the first visit or live in Illinois for follow-up. It is worth a call if you want the medication cost and cancellation terms in writing before you book.
