What is Live Supreme?
Live Supreme is a physician-led wellness clinic that describes itself as a medical spa. It offers hormone replacement therapy, physician-led hormone optimization, advanced testing with customized therapies, peptide therapy, and recovery services. Its materials also mention regenerative care such as PRP, ozone and hyperbaric oxygen, along with aesthetic procedures. Dominika founded the clinic. It does not name a weight-loss program.
Dr. Aaron Zirk, DO, is the Medical Director and the only prescriber the clinic names. He is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. For peptides, the clinic names BPC-157, TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4), CJC-1295, Ipamorelin and Thymosin Alpha-1.

Ask what the first lab work costs, and what follow-up visits and retesting cost and how often they are scheduled. Ask what happens between visits and who answers questions. Ask whether it bills insurance for any part of your care. Ask whether visits can be done by video if you do not live nearby. Ask how a concierge membership is cancelled and whether it renews on its own.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone or peptide care under a physician medical director in a medical spa setting, and you are ready to get the full price and medication terms in writing before you commit. It is less of a fit if you need a published price list before you call, since none is posted.
