Ask who writes the testosterone prescription, and whether Dr. Farrah is the one who does. Ask whether the testosterone is part of any membership price or billed on top, and what injections and pellets each cost. The clinic calls its testosterone bioidentical, so ask what that means for the product itself. Ask whether the testosterone cypionate is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what the first blood draw, the consultation and the follow-up labs cost, how often labs are repeated, and whether any of it is covered by insurance. Ask whether visits can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Finally, ask how a membership is cancelled and what happens to money already paid.
