What is Abbracci Wellness Center?
Abbracci Wellness Center is a cash-pay practice at 74 Roberts Village Court, Suite 502, in Saint Johns, Florida. It describes itself as regenerative and functional medicine, and Google files it as a medical spa. Both descriptions fit. Its medical services are BioTe bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, which uses pellets placed under the skin, and peptide programs. Most of its menu, though, is device-based wellness and body contouring: whole body vibration, infrared sauna, red light, lymphatic drainage, shockwave therapy, and facial microneedling and sculpting. It also offers regenerative injections, including the P-Shot and O-Shot.
The clinic does not name the clinician who prescribes hormone or peptide care, and it does not list that person's credentials. On Google it holds a rating of 5 from 47 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for hormone therapy or peptide programs, and it does not say whether medication is included. Its device sessions and memberships do have prices. The unlimited membership is $300 a month and includes 4 complimentary guest passes each month. Two sessions a week is $215 a month, and three sessions a week is $250 a month. Single sessions include $30 for whole body vibration, $35 for PEMF, $39 for infrared sauna, $79 for the red light bed, and $125 for PulseWave shockwave or Flowpresso lymphatic drainage. Six-session packages of PulseWave or Flowpresso are $600.
The consultation is listed as a free consult. The clinic mentions Cherry Financing. It does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for BioTe and for peptides, and what that person's credentials are. Ask whether the hormone or peptide fee includes the medication, and what the medication costs on top of it. For peptides, ask whether the product is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies it. Ask what lab work is required to start and to continue, and what each draw and each follow-up visit costs.
Ask whether any part of care can be done by telehealth, and how membership cancellation works. Ask whether insurance or HSA and FSA funds are accepted. The clinic lists two different Saturday schedules, so confirm its weekend hours by phone. Its listed hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9AM-5PM. If you came for a medical weight-loss program, ask directly, because none appears on its services list.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want device-based wellness sessions or a monthly membership, or if you are prepared to ask a prescriber direct questions about price and medication before you commit to hormone or peptide care. It is a weaker fit if you need a clinic that names its prescriber and publishes total costs up front.
