What is Southern Style Wellness?
Southern Style Wellness is a clinic at 92 W Lowder St, Macclenny, FL 32063, in Baker County. Most of what it offers is aesthetic treatment, including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Skinvive, SkinMedica, Obagi and Nutrafol, along with Diamond Glow Facials, laser hair removal and hair restoration. Women's health, hormone therapy and weight loss sit alongside those services.
Its prescribers are Claudette Mallory and Shanna Horne. Claudette Mallory has over 22 years of experience and spent the past decade working in Jacksonville before returning to Baker County, her hometown. It does not name the hormones it prescribes, or any weight-loss medication. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and the phone number is (904) 259-0092. It has a 5-star rating on Google from 12 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices, a consultation fee, or whether it accepts insurance. It also does not say whether medication is included in a weight-loss or hormone program, or whether it offers telehealth. Ask for each of these in writing before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
The way in is a consultation. In its own words: "Schedule a consultation with one of our providers." Use that visit to ask which prescriber would handle a hormone or weight-loss prescription, and which hormones or medications would be used. Ask whether weight loss is medically supervised, whether any medication is part of a monthly fee, and if so whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and how cancellation works.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and hormone or weight-loss care from one office near Macclenny, and you are willing to get prices and medication details in writing before you commit. It is less of a fit if you need a published monthly price or a named medication before your first visit, since neither is available on its pages.
