What is Crozier Clinic?
Crozier Clinic is a private practice at 1301 South International Pkwy, Suite 1041, in Lake Mary, Florida 32746. The phone number is (407) 732-7668. Dr. Gordon Crozier is the prescriber and Medical Director. He earned a Doctorate of Osteopathy from Des Moines University & College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1994 and is board-certified in Florida. He completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology, then specialized in hormone replacement and women's health.
Most of what the practice describes is chronic illness care, built around IV treatments, supplements, nutrition and genetic testing. It offers four services: hormone imbalance care, an annual hormone panel with a consultation, an initial telemedicine care package, and two "Quick Visit" telehealth consultations a year. Weight loss, GLP-1 and peptide services do not appear among them. On its hormone care, the practice puts it this way: "As with any other hormonal therapy there is the need for careful monitoring by experienced professionals."
The address is in Lake Mary, but the practice describes itself as based in Orlando and as serving patients throughout Florida and remotely. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday, 9am to 3pm. Google lists the clinic at 3.8 from 13 reviews.
What does it cost?
Two membership levels have prices published. Both carry an initial fee and a monthly fee.
Metabolic Life is $175 to start and $199 a month. It includes a metabolic panel lab order with a questionnaire, a one-on-one consultation with metabolic specialists, a daily multivitamin, 10% off services and online store purchases, and a follow-up every 12 months.
Metabolic Powerhouse is $225 to start and $299 a month. It adds a daily Swish30 supplement, an annual hormone panel with a consultation, an initial telemedicine care package with a blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter and thermometer, two Quick Visit telehealth consultations a year, and 20% off extra telemedicine appointments.
No prices are published for hormone medication. The practice does not say whether medication is covered by either monthly fee, whether it accepts insurance, or what cancellation involves.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the hormone prescription. Dr. Crozier is the only prescriber named, but the telehealth description refers to "our medical professionals" and the membership refers to "our team of specialists" without naming them. Ask whether Dr. Crozier reviews your hormone results and signs the prescription, and what credentials anyone else on your care team holds.
Ask whether hormone medication is part of the $299 monthly fee or billed separately, and what it costs each month. The hormone page describes individually prescribed compounded preparations alongside bioidentical hormones. Ask which kind you would receive, which pharmacy fills it, and whether the product is brand-name.
Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost beyond the membership. Metabolic Life does not include the annual hormone panel, so ask whether you would need the higher level to get hormone testing, and what repeat testing costs.
Ask how cancellation works: the notice period, whether the initial fee is refundable, and whether the membership renews automatically. Ask whether the clinic takes insurance or HSA payments.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash, want hormone care tied to a membership with nutrition support and telehealth visits, and will get written answers on medication costs and cancellation terms before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you are looking for weight loss, GLP-1 or peptide treatment, since none of those appear among its services.
