What is Soffer Longevity?
Soffer Longevity is a physician-led longevity medicine program at 2131 Hollywood Blvd Suite 102 in Hollywood, Florida. It was founded by Dr. Ariel Soffer, MD, FACC, whose background is cardiovascular prevention. Dr. Safa Maklad, MD, DABFM, DABOM, CWS-P, is also named. Florida residents enroll through Soffer Health, which it describes as a Florida-licensed medical clinic and its primary practice affiliate.
The program is mostly about testing and tracking. Depending on the tier, that means advanced blood work, genetic and epigenetic screening, whole-body MRI, cardiac CTA, VO2 exercise testing and a cognitive assessment, pulled together in an AI-enabled patient app. In its own words: "AI in Soffer Longevity does not replace the physician." Its patient education section covers hormone optimization, peptide therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, IV nutrient therapy, red and near-infrared light, and stem cell and regenerative therapies, but it doesn't say which of these come with a membership. It doesn't name any medication.
It's open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with weekends by appointment.
What does it cost?
There are three membership tiers. Essential is $99 a month or $999 a year, covering core lab testing and a physician review of results twice a year. Advanced is $399 a month or $4,499 a year, adding expanded labs, microbiome testing, VO2 max testing and a yearly cognitive assessment, with whole-body MRI at 10% off retail. Concierge is $599 a month or $6,999 a year, with the broadest testing, MRI and CTA at 20% off retail when appropriate, and global specialty coordination. It offers a free discovery call. It doesn't say whether insurance covers anything, or what any treatment costs on top of a membership.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask what treatment, not just testing, each tier includes, and whether hormone or peptide therapy costs extra. If hormones are prescribed, ask who signs the prescription, which ones, and whether they're compounded. Ask what the MRI and CTA cost after the discount, since the discount is off retail. Ask whether you're signing up for a year or month to month, and how to cancel. If you live outside Florida, ask what care you can get.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a doctor-led program built on detailed testing and tracking over time, and you're comfortable paying a monthly fee for it. It's less of a fit if you mainly want a weight loss medication or a single hormone prescription at a set price.
