What is Elevate Your Elements Wellness?
Elevate Your Elements Wellness is a med spa at 17670 NW 78th Ave, suite 114, in Hialeah, Florida. It is rated 5 on Google from 182 reviews, and Google lists it as a medical spa. Most of what it offers is spa and aesthetic work: facial and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, massage, laser hair removal, infrared saunas, cryotherapy and IV therapies. Its list also includes peptides, HRT and weight loss solutions.
It does not name a doctor, nurse practitioner or other prescriber for any of its services. The only licenses it prints are for massage and laser work.
In its own words: "we offer premium services including aesthetics, massage, saunas, cryo, HRT, and weight loss."
It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for any service, including the weight loss program, HRT, peptides, IV therapies or the consultation it invites you to book. It does not say whether the consultation is free or charged. It does not say whether it bills insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the HRT and the weight loss medications, and get that person's name and license before you commit to anything. Ask whether a monthly weight loss fee includes the medication, which medication it is, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask whether a visit and lab work come before any HRT or peptide is prescribed, and what follow-up visits and labs cost. Ask whether it bills insurance and what the cancellation terms are for any package or membership.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you mainly want massage, sauna, cryotherapy or aesthetic treatments and are comfortable asking, before you book anything hormone or weight related, who prescribes it and what it costs. If you want a physician-led weight loss or hormone program with named prescribers, call first and get those answers in writing before you commit.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
