What is Easy T?
Easy T is a testosterone therapy practice at 347 NE 5th Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33483, with a main phone line at 561-759-7734. Care starts with an online visit, blood work is booked through its patient coordinators, and medication is shipped from its pharmacy to the patient. Testosterone therapy is the main service. It also offers peptide programs, blood work, a physical exam, and tadalafil or sildenafil. The only physician named is Dr. Krzysztof Kacprzak, MD, listed as Medical Director. In its own words: "Our team has been in the hormone therapy business for over 10 years." Google lists it as a medical clinic, rated 4.4 from 208 reviews. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It lists an office address, but it does not say whether patients can visit in person.
What does it cost?
The prices do not all agree. The 5 Weeks TRT program is listed at $189 every 5 weeks, and the same program is also shown at $189 a month. It does not say whether medication is included in that price. Membership is listed at $9.99 a month for the monthly and 10-week programs, or $4.99 a month for the yearly package. Elsewhere it describes a $19.99 membership fee plus $99 for medication, or an annual plan at $1,300. The One Pay annual plan is listed at $1,250 per year. On terms, it reads: "No new patient fee. No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime."
Blood work is $49 with approved insurance, or $89 by credit card, HSA or FSA. Insurance is mentioned only for blood work. The consultation is listed as free. Peptide protocols are listed at 50% off for a limited time, with three bottles at $660, down from $1,500.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who reviews your labs and signs each prescription, and whether that is Dr. Kacprzak or another provider. Ask whether the $189 includes medication, and whether it is charged every 5 weeks or every month. Ask whether the medications are compounded, and whether any product is brand-name. Ask who prescribes the peptide products, where they come from, and why the listed $250 per bottle does not match $660 for three. Ask whether shipping, taxes and lab fees are added on top. Ask what happens if testosterone is not appropriate for you, since it is a controlled substance and not available to every patient, and whether you pay before approval. Ask what follow-up labs cost, how cancellation works, and whether shipments already paid can be refunded. Finally, ask whether in-person visits are possible, since it says there is no doctor's office yet lists an office address and hours.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want testosterone or peptide care arranged mostly through telehealth, with medication shipped to you, and you will confirm the monthly price, medication terms and cancellation in writing before you pay. If you need in-person visits, or one flat price that covers the medication and every fee, ask those questions before you call.
